Fabrication

After the design phase, we proceed with the fabrication of your product, starting with the creation of a prototype.

Our diligent quality controllers oversee this stage, meticulously inspecting the punching, bending, and welding processes. By doing so, we ensure that your product aligns with your specified requirements and upholds Eurotech's commitment to absolute quality.

Once the prototype meets our stringent standards, we proceed with production and manufacturing.

In the case of new designs or products, once the design phase is complete, we move on to fabricating the prototype utilizing various manufacturing processes and conducting rigorous quality checks. These processes include CNC punching, CNC laser cutting, CNC bending, rolling, welding (MIG, TIG, SPOT, laser, STUD), and CNC milling.
