Once the products are assembled, our quality control team conducts a thorough visual inspection, emphasizing adherence to your specified requirements, design standards, and overall quality. Our assemblers receive detailed guidance, which includes 3D drawings and assembly instructions provided by our design team.

Additionally, any necessary accessories or components are sourced from our material store through our efficient ERP system.

To ensure precision and accuracy during the assembly process, our assemblers undergo comprehensive training in interpreting 3D drawings and understanding the Bill of Materials (BOM) generated through our ERP system. This training equips them with the necessary knowledge to effectively assemble the products according to the specifications.

Once the assembly is complete, the assembled products undergo a meticulous visual inspection. This inspection is conducted with a strong focus on maintaining high-quality standards, adhering to the designated design requirements, and ensuring that the final product aligns with our agreement and your expectations.
